One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke after 23 years of use…called north country garage door systems and was set up for next day repair. The replacement springs were installed in less than an hour. Great and very fast service.

Reasonable price, timely, and all around nice people. Good to see a business still focusing on great customer and quality. Will hire again. They replaced a broken spring on our garage door and even serviced our door that wasn’t broken.

Such an awesome company! Recommended to me and highly recommend! Pleasant customer service. Arranged a consult time for the job, so quick and professional. The man came, was so pleasant . Didn't have the part needed but assured me no problem. Three days later, returned and fixed it with no issues. Price was reasonable and the quote was right to the penny! Very reasonable, pleasant, and quick service! Highly recommeded! 👏👏

Excellent. They always schedule you in quickly and show up on time. They fixed a small thing for me and did not even charge me a couple of weeks ago.

North Country Garage Door of West Chazy, NY installed three 9’x9’ doors. They were quick, courteous and the doors look good. The sales rep was at my place ~1 day after I called. The doors were manufactured in several weeks and installed in one day. The installers knew what they were doing and did a great job. They were willing to work with my particular door jamb set up while making sure the door install was safe, secure and looked good. Thanks to Mitchell and Tyler for their effort.

Great installation in a garage that is older than the ages of both me (82) and the installer combined!!!

Excellent customer service setting up the appointment. They were extremely busy but call me back in just a few minutes to get an appointment set. They were able to fit me in within two days. Driver called to notify me. He would be there in 20 minutes and arrived exactly on time immediately found the issue with my door and fixed it in 45 minutes. They charged me an hour service, but they also greased my second door, which was not broken. Very fair pricing and my problem solved highly recommend them to anyone.

My garage door opening was not square It was off by several inches. Brian saw the problem at the estimate. My door was expertly installed with adjustments made in the framing so it looks perfectly straight and works so much better than the old door.
