The installers were initially challenged by some framing issues due to the old doors, however, they obtained the necessary lumber to correct that problem, and finished the project in a high quality and workmanlike fashion. Someone ran into our garage door with their car knocking it off the track and creasing a couple panels. NC Door Systems was very responsive and got someone (Brian) here the next day in nasty weather.… Read more Someone ran into our garage door with their car knocking it off the track and creasing a couple panels. NC Door Systems was very responsive and got someone (Brian) here the next day in nasty weather. He replaced all the damaged hardware, straightened bent rails and had it working perfectly within 90 minutes or so with no need to replace creased panels which is now barely noticeable. Very happy with this company and will call them again if we ever need garage door servicing.
