I was even more impressed that the installer called me at work to get permission to take off two end boards at ground level so he could install the white seal strips. The two boards were in the way. He and you guys went out of your way to make me a very happy customer.

He offered us different options to choose from and the doors arrived soon after the order was put in. The installation was scheduled and the gentleman showed up right on time. He was very nice and did an excellent job installing our new doors. Overall, we were very impressed with everyone we dealt with. I highly recommend this company.

I had a new opener installed June 9, 2023 that would not bring the garage down back to the down position. June 25, 2024 I called for service and the lady said that the Genie parts are covered by… Read more I had a new opener installed June 9, 2023 that would not bring the garage down back to the down position. June 25, 2024 I called for service and the lady said that the Genie parts are covered by warrany, but not labor. I should have inquired on the cost for labor as to not be shocked by the invoice. The 9-10 minute service call was just shy of $200. Three years ago it was $125 which I was expecting it to be close to. Over a 50% increase in 3 years. Less than 3 service calls buys a new opener.
