The prompt attention to our non-functioning door was appreciated. Initially Will Ross competently evaluated the situation and explained the costs. Then within a week Jacob Laduke arrived and skillfully installed the door opener. He also explained in detail the operational instructions to both of us, then completely cleaned up before leaving. It was a 5* experience.

Installed Feb 18th Disappointed in the extended wait time and the one time I called (approximately 3 months after ordering) to question status and was told by the woman that answered the phone that there was no point in calling the company to question possible status A little disappointing

Good job all around .install day was a snow storm lv 8” of snow.the installer never stopped working & completed his task

My only complaint would be the garbage left behind. It wasn’t even swept up, just left were ever it landed. Otherwise, so far I love the doors. Have only had them a few weeks.
