NC Door Systems was very responsive and got someone (Brian) here the next day in nasty weather. He replaced all the damaged hardware, straightened bent rails and had it working perfectly within 90 minutes or so with no need to replace creased panels which is now barely noticeable. Very happy with this company and will call them again if we ever need garage door servicing.
