From Will coming out and estimating the job, the office staff for keeping me updated on installation and the guy's that came out and did the professional job of installing my door. They also did work on my door opener that had been worked on by another company but never worked right, now it's like new again. If anyone is looking for a professional job from start to finish this company is great to business with.

The installers were initially challenged by some framing issues due to the old doors, however, they obtained the necessary lumber to correct that problem, and finished the project in a high quality and workmanlike fashion. The color match was perfect. The initial visit and quote were done by Will, and he, as well as the installers were friendly and professional throughout.

Installation went quickly and professionally

Someone ran into our garage door with their car knocking it off the track and creasing a couple panels. NC Door Systems was very responsive and got someone (Brian) here the next day in nasty weather.… Read more Someone ran into our garage door with their car knocking it off the track and creasing a couple panels. NC Door Systems was very responsive and got someone (Brian) here the next day in nasty weather. He replaced all the damaged hardware, straightened bent rails and had it working perfectly within 90 minutes or so with no need to replace creased panels which is now barely noticeable. Very happy with this company and will call them again if we ever need garage door servicing.

Ordered over the phone and it was easy. We received copies of estimates for 3 different doors, and a picture of our final choice with the upgrade. The door was installed on the date promised.
