However, post installation cleanup could’ve been much better as far as debris left on inside of garage. We did receive two remote car activation units for the door. However, found one buried way in the corner of the garage I guess we got three units. Also found bag of parts on the back shelf ofgarage still in bag not sure if they should’ve been installed. Assume they were extra. Checklist of installation was not filled out by installer, but left.

The technicians did have… Read more My experience was fantastic with regards to what was reviewed with me and the expertise of the 2 technicians that came to install my new door along with the used door I had. The technicians did have some different ideas on how the installation could have been done to give more clearance for working height since my walls are well over 10’ high. Wish I was made aware of these possibilities at the time of the site visit because I may have decided to use those suggestions. Everting went as promised.

The title says it all! Brian 1 and Brian 2 were very efficient and professional in all aspects of the purchase and installation of the door.
The office staff is also very professional.

All the employees were very knowledgeable about the product and the installation. Answered every inquiry quickly and accurately. Would not hesitate to use them again!
